Speed Tests

When it comes to remote support we strive to offer the best possible service we can. This is however dependent on internet connection. The slower the internet connection the harder and even longer it will take to complete certain tasks. If you are uncertain please do a speedtest on the link provided below, we might even request a screenshot of this before determining what package will work for you.


All monthly accounts are billed at the end of the month with a required payment by the 7th of the following month. Any queries or discrepancies should be submitted or queried before the above mentioned payment date. All queries regarding billing should be submitted to

Ticketing System

We use a ticketing system called Freshdesk. Link is provided on the right hand side. Please do NOT log a ticket if you are not pre-authorized to do so as this ticket will not be responded too. Once an arrangement has been made on a chosen product you will be provided with a unique “member” number that you will require to use when a ticket is logged.
